Is unwinding an important part of abiding?

Friday was an incredible day on the Colorado River:

  • Soaking in sun while draped across our boat’s deck
  • Gliding across the glass with the wind in my face
  • Connection with grown up kids
  • Much-needed relaxation
  • Lots of belly laugher
