Do you ever feel like life is one long dreary walk in the rain? You go through the motions behind a line of other people who function on autopilot.

Lately I’ve noticed people posting about the need to withdraw from the hustle and bustle of life. One post in particular caught my attention. Jodi Chapman refers to her tendency to return to busyness as her “default setting” in her post “If At First You Don’t Succeed, Try Try Again.”
